- Hand wash only with warm water and a soft cloth — never place in a dishwasher.

- Dry immediately after use to prevent rust or corrosion.

- Store safely using a knife roll, blade guard, or magnetic rack.

- Avoid cutting hard items like bones, frozen foods, or through packaging — these blades are designed for precision, not force.

Please note: All knives are handmade, and minor variations in finish are part of their unique character. We do not accept returns for misuse or improper care.

We offer the option to backorder out-of-stock items to ensure you don’t miss out when new stock arrives. Please note that backorders can take 3–6 months to be fulfilled, depending on production and shipping timelines. You’ll only be charged for the items available at the time of shipping.

All backorders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis — the oldest orders will always be fulfilled first, with no exceptions.
